GPS pings from every vehicle are cleaned, map-matched, and streamed to riders continuously — so the dot on your screen is where the bus actually is.
Models trained on historic dwell times, link speeds, and passenger arrivals forecast demand and keep arrival estimates honest through peak hours.
Headways and crew rosters are generated from predicted OD demand rather than a fixed timetable, cutting idle running and bunching.
Guest ticketing, QR boarding, and stop-wise occupancy mean no queue at the counter and no guessing whether the next bus has room.
